Breakout Detection

Position Entry

One order fills (buy or sell); the opposite is cancelled. Initial take-profit and stop-loss set according to your configured risk parameters.

Grid Recovery (if needed)

If price reverses past the stop level, the grid activates — adding recovery positions at calculated intervals to average down the entry.

What broker should I use with GoldRack EA? ▾

GoldRack EA works with any MT5-compatible broker that offers XAUUSD. Low-spread ECN/STP brokers are recommended for best results — spreads below 20 points on gold are ideal. The EA does not work with MT4.

Can I use one license on multiple accounts? ▾

No. Each license binds to one MT5 account number on first activation. If you need to change your account (for example, after opening a new broker account), contact support for a rebind. Lifetime plan includes one free rebind per year.

What happens when my license expires? ▾

The EA checks your license every 4 hours. When it detects an expired license, it will display a notification in MT5 and stop opening new trades. Existing open positions are not touched — you retain full control to manage or close them manually.

What minimum deposit do I need? ▾

For safe operation of the grid strategy, a minimum of $500 per 0.01 lot is recommended. Starting with $1,000–$2,000 gives the grid enough room to recover without margin call risk. Always test on a demo account first.

Does the EA require WebRequest permissions? ▾

Yes. In MT5, go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and add https://transfertools.org to the allowed URLs list. This is required for license verification. Without this, the EA will not start.

Is there a refund policy? ▾

Due to the digital nature of the product (the license key is generated and activated immediately), we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. Please test your setup thoroughly on a demo account before going live.
